一、协会概况：

上海塑料行业协会成立于 1991 年9月，系上海市民政局登记的社会团体法人，业务主管单位为上海市经济和信息化委员会，目前为第八届理事会，会长单位是中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司。

协会现有会员单位188家，含盖国有、民营、合资、独资企业和相关高校、科研院所，覆盖塑料原料、塑料制品、塑料助剂、塑料模具和塑料加工机械等整个塑料产业链。

协会设有抗菌材料专业委员会、可生物降解材料专业委员会、塑料功能膜片材专业委员会、工程塑料专业委员会、聚氯乙烯（PVC）制品专业委员会、塑料电子商务流通专业委员会、技术专家委员会、技术咨询部和上海塑料行业改性塑料检测中心；设有《上海塑料行业协会》官网、微信公众号，出版行业内部交流电子月刊-《上海塑料通讯》。

协会每年开展“专业技术人员职称评审”、“业内企业与产品的名优品牌评选”和“组织团体标准的编制与发布”。协会连续多年荣获上海市经济团体联合会/市工业经济联合会评选的工业系统“先进行业协会”和“先进党支部”称号。协会于2012年被上海市民政局评定为3A级社会团体。协会坚持科学发展观，不忘初心使命，贯彻“服务企业、规范行业、发展产业”的理念，立志不断推进塑料产业的绿色、循环、健康发展。

Shanghai Society of Plastic Industry in Brief

Shanghai society of plastic industry (SSPI) was founded in 1991, a non-profit social organization with the qualification of legal person attached to Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau. And it is guided and supervised by Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information. Up to now, its leading group is the eighth council and the president unit is SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co., LTD.

SSPI has 188 member units, including state-owned, private, joint ventures, wholly-owned enterprises and related universities and research institutes, covering the entire plastic industry chain such as plastic raw materials, plastic products, plastic additives, plastic molds and plastic processing machinery.

SSPI has some branch committees as follows： the antibacterial material committee, the biodegradable material committee, the plastic functional film committee, the engineering plastic committee，the polyvinyl chloride (PVC) products committee，the plastic e-commerce circulation committee and the technical experts committee. It has the technical consultative department, Shanghai modified plastics testing center. It also has the official website , the wechat public account, and publishes the monthly magazine of internal communication in the industry - "Shanghai Plastics Communication"（electronic edition）.

SSPI carries out “professional title review”, "famous brand selection of enterprises and products in the industry", and arranges" group standards compiling and issuing " every year. SSPI has the honor to win the title of "Advanced Industry Association" and "Advanced Party Branch" of Shanghai Federation of Economic Organizations (SFEO) / Shanghai Industrial Economy Federation (SIEF) in consecutive years. SSPI was rated as a 3A level social group by the Shanghai Civil Affairs Bureau in 2012.

We adhere to the scientific outlook of development, do not forget the original mission, implement the concept of "serving enterprises, regulating the industry and developing the industry", and determine to continuously promote the green, circular and healthy development of plastics processing industry.
